How do you do a protein rest? I go to a place called "Golden Corral" and get the steak on buffet. Which is a high protein food. Then i return home and lay on my arse. If they served beer...i think i'd live there.

I could be wrong but i was under the assumtion that a maceration was/is allways done first. Often in a solution of both water and alcohol (50-50 ratio) as some things are soluable in water and others in alcohol. Keep in mind that certain concentrations of common plants can be very harmfull...

Malolactic fermentation........try it. It should smooth out that acidicy. Also....ditch that namebrand in favor of Motts or Tree Top.

The admins will lock this thread I'm sure. Ferment first, then dry hop. Somebody in Denver does this to beer. But you can/should only drink one. The amount of weed used HAS to be measured Otherwise it is too potent.
