This may be a little crazy but here goes anyway.... How 'bout a 12V windshield washer assembly. The reservoir is small and can be tucked into the inside of the keezer for cold water. Runs off a mini pump so no C02. Output lines are small so running them through the collar should be easy...

Ahhh...48". I hadn't considered that however it would allow for fewer rows and overall less height. Any chance of getting some closer shots of the ends and how they are fit up? Good work!

Sweeet! What is the length of the copper tubes? I was considering 3 ft tubes, 5 rows high instead of 3 rows. Any comments on this approach? 5 rows overkill? Nice build!

Cheers! from California. Getting back into home brewing after a long hiatus. I started in 1991 brewing mini-mash / extract batches and over time graduated to a ten gallon all grain gravity system. Life happened and the old brewery was unceremoniously clipped. I never really lost the passion...
