I tend to stick to smaller beer festivals now(oxford beer festival is always a cracking event).Lots of pubs that are local-ish to me...
When you get the chance change from the small co2 bulbs and get a Hamleton Bard S30 gas canister then you can put in extra co2 when it is needed.You can carbonate your beer with the co2 also.Just make sure that the o ring is covered with vaseline(dont worry about putting on to much).Just fill...

I made a brew that tasted a lot like a beer called Hobgoblin and at one week there was little carbonation,after a month they were outstanding!!

You could always syphon a little of the 'sludge' from the bottom of the secondary if you feel the need.That should give you enough for carbonation!:tank:
Could i rack a brew that has been a primary for a week straight onto the small amount of sediment left in my carboy(i put the airlock back on just in case!!!!).
