Help Support Homebrew Talk - Beer, Wine, Mead, & Cider Brewing Discussion Forum:
I live in Central Oregon and have been brewing about 4 years with a friend of mine who has been doing it about twice that long. I am recently venturing onto my own after not having "when-ever I want it" access to the brews. I want to specialize in Ciders as not many people in my area make them.
