I am a beginner HB but VERY interested in learning everything there is to know about this hobby and hopefully continuing to grow in my production. I'm a broke college kid right now so I have limited access to equipment and even less time to commit to this. I have tried several small (one gallon) experiments (with baker's yeast I admit it.), and they have turned out "alright" but am looking to graduating to the real deal and turning out some great ciders, wines, and eventually beer. I am very observant and quick to learn. I also welcome any and all constructive criticism and I am throroughly willing to learn.
