    Is it truly necessary to boil the **** out of your jars when you're harvesting the cake?Wouldn't sanitizing (iodine,starsan,even bleach)the jars be enough?

    I've been using equal mash and sparge volumes for years,because it was easy.Didn't know anyone else did it that way.

    We have two sculptures(single tier)with March pumps that work fine.Recently we switched to CFCs from ICs and would like a dedicated CFC pump closer to the BK(so i don't have to prime all the lines and chiller beforehand for pumping).Thanks for the link Riot.So what do you use for...
