    OnederBrew.....anyone try this?

We have never had a bucket explode, we did have some gasket leaks on some of the first units, but now we test every unit shipped. We have inflated 10 units to 35 psi over 1000 times each with no failures. The safety bung consistently blows out at below 25 psi The buckets are rated to 15...

The advantage of a 5 gallon (6 gallon total volume) is that it easily fits into almost any refrigerator or chest freezer for temperature control for fermentation, crash chilling and even dispensing. Fits great into a Kegerator. The size is rhe same as corny kegs, so if you go that route you...

There are no off flavors for the plastic parts, all parts are FDA food grade material similar to Tupperware and guaranteed not to leach.

There is nothing that can hold bacteria on the inside of the cone anymore. 2 parts are not molded together.

We now offer white, black 6 and 7 gallon buckets that are pressure tested. Everything part that is in contact with the beer or wort are FDA approved materials and guaranteed not to leach. We now have a large diameter yeast port and please keep giving us suggestions because we will continue to...

You can change out any of the fittings to any 1/2 npt part. This started 5 years ago with a 1 gallon version. I can make so many batches because of the simplicity, when I want to make a quick batch I use Hop Extract YC-Tetra from YAKIMA CHIEF ( for bittering) and then only have to boil for a...

I have tried it over 900 times. there are no flavors coming from the plastic. The plastic is polyethylene and polypropylene which adds less flavor than stainless steel. (all cans are plastic lined)The product will continue to improve over time . In reality it does every thing real breweries do...

    Closed-system pressurized fermentation technique!

I have been fermenting under pressure for over 5 years developing the OneDerBrew system. I use a pressure relief valve and have tried fermenting at 5,10,15,20,25,30, psi I have done ales and lagers, extract and all grain. Fermentation stops at about 30 to 32 psi but will resume if the pressure...

    Closed-system pressurized fermentation technique!

I make a 5 gallon conical fermentor called Onederbrew. It is designed to ferment under pressure if you wish. I can notice a significant decrease in fusal alcohols early in fermentation, and generally cleaner tasting beer in general. Many of the benefits are most likely due to reduced oxygenation.

The new Onderbrew system released at the Aha conference ferments very well under pressure Chris White was very helpful and had alot of good things to say.
