I'm not sure I understand most of that. What I may understand is that there is no simple fix for my problem.

I tried this but when I open Beersmith on the second computer, it is a "blank" version of it. No reciepes came through. How do I sync it. I open it in dropbox on the first computer and they are all there.

Mine only wants to drink IPA's. She is ok with DIPA's but prefers the regualar. If it wasn't for IPA's I'm not even sure she would like craft beer.

I am going to try a boil test this weekend. I will report back.

That's what I thought too. I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing with that damper. It seems like a tighter better flame when it is less open.

BTW - I emailed the owner of Tejas Smokers the above info, and this was how he replied: "With a low pressure regulator that sounds about right. You are not going to get any better performance using natural gas. If you want increased performance then you have to switch to a #61 orifice and...

I have a new single tier with 2 hurricane burners I am trying to run on natural gas. They are connected to needle valves, properly drilled from Tejas Smokers then to yellow gas lines then to 1/2" black pipe. I was trying to run the gas a long distance to my garage, just because that is the best...

Disclaimer - I am a total newb to welding and know very little. Now... I was just doing a little research on this, and I saw that you need to use tri-mix gas for stainless mig welds, or they will rust. If I am wrong, folks, feel free to tell me so. Anyway... were you using trimix?

I was unable to tell the difference between filtered and regular tap too. I started brewing with tap water out of necessity when my filter clogged. My water is city water and has a distinct chlorine odor straight out of the tap. As I said it is undetectable - by me - in the finished beer...

Of course. You can shoot any size here (not spotted fawns). Damn things don't get that big either... typically.
