Sorry. I was doing a lil boozing last night. I guess I read it and 30 seconds later I thought I had a great idea. :)

Subscribed. I'm interested in seeing where this leads. Maybe, if the package that is sent is a complete surprise, add a note for them to post a pic of what was sent. That way, everyone gets to see the goodies.

I'm interested in some Heady and a Marshal Zhukov. I can get Pliny, Blind Pig, Double Jack and Surly Furious.

Maybe Rising Tide Brewing and Bunker Brewing. Pick up some Oxbow for farmhouse ales. The Bier Cellar is a nice bottle shop.

ChefJoeR, now that some time has gone by, how do you feel about the Executive Overview of the Brewing Process course? Would you recommend this one or skipping it and going for the Concise Course? How are your plans for the brewpub going?

I had an IPA from "The Shed" a few months ago that I really enjoyed. I never had it when The Shed was actually open so I don't know how it would compare to the original.
