    I made a yeast starter this past Friday morning. Meant to brew over the weekend, but ended up not being able to. Should it still be good to go tonight, or is there something I should do to kick start it?

    Washington DC area.

    I'm not from D.C., but I'm pretty sure Dogfish Head brews aren't available on the west coast. I'd try and snag something from them. Stone and Dogfish are like the Tupac and Biggie of craft beer. You know, without all the killing.
