    Removing Wax

If you get a scraper meant for cleaning ceramic stove tops, they do wonders for peeling labels or wax from bottles (or corny kegs, whatever)... Basically a retractable razorblade.

    Noob ipa

After 4 days your primary fermentation is basically done... The rule I see tossed around is 1-2-3 : 1 week in primary, 2 in secondary and 3 in a bottle before drinking. For your first brew I'd probably just let it sit in primary for 3 weeks, pitch your dry hop about 5 days before bottling...

Strong Stout didn't carbonate much... why?

    Canadian Roll Call!!

Surprised there aren't more of us Canadians here, that or we just don't like announcing ourselves :) I'm in Kelowna, BC - we got a pretty decent home brew group going here, about 10-12 of us. I'm doing mostly 6G All grain batches and been brewing for a little over a year.

Naughty Hildegard - Similar Recipe (IPA)

Naughty Hildegarde is actually labeled add an ESB, the first to drag me back to trying them. Red Racer's ESB is also excellent! I'd be pretty pumped to find a good clone of either.

How many gallons of EdWort's Apfelwein have been made?

25,081.5 + 3 = 25,084.5 (and I've read the first 100 pages or 1006 posts) Cool to read through cause you get to see the progression of so damned much time :) Quite the thread :D
