    Added Palmy to the group. We're a relatively young group. Had about 4 meet ups so far. We don't have any structure as such but there is a core of about 4 of us that keep things ticking along :-) Happy as to get some regional competitions going. Anything to share the beer!

    Cocoa powder + nibs?

    I made a chilli chocolate stout that had 500g of dark cocoa powder in the mash and a total of 525g of home roasted nibs added throughout the boil like hop bursting. Turned out pretty good!

    I've got a recipe I think is close to Lupulingus if you want it, Citra, Centennial and Cascade, 376g of hops all up in a 23 litre batch. Planning to make it again this summer. Who says 8% IIPA aren't sessionable :tank:

    I recently made a chilli chocolate stout. 23L batch and used 200g of dark cocoa powder in the mash and 520g of roasted cacao nibs throughout the boil. Came out pretty good!!
