Hey folks. My name is Nick and I am just starting to get into brewing beer. I am a big fan of dark and light beers. As long as it is good I don't care what type it is. I am a light drinker so I don't see any reason to drink Budweiser or Labatt's. I sit down and have a couple of beers so I want them to be good.
As far as brewing goes, I don't ever have my setup yet. I wanted to check this out so I could have some information before I get started. I know some people that consistently make very bad beer and I don't want to be one of those. So, I'm going to look around and see if anyone has advice.
