I've got two all grain brews under my belt and I still don't know the proper amount of sparge water to use I just sparge with the amount of wort I need in my pot after I let the wort run out. Is this the correct way to do things?
If this is already in this thread I am sorry for asking again but I am new to brewing and I am only doing extract and my wife is begging for blue moon. Is there a method for changing these recipes into extract. I'm not looking for a miracle or something that is spot on just a tasty close clone...
