Dry hop advice on low abv / session NEIPA

So, brew day was a mess... i brewed my first Juicy IPA. I missed my OG, had to add 1lb of DME, efficiency was off, and I missed my only planned whirlpool hop addition at 180d ( got it in at 130d). Below is a snapshot image of what it turned out as. Its now at FG and I'm about to dry hop. the...

    Stepped Starter Questions...

So I just realized my best best by date is in 3 weeks... Yeast calcs say I need a 4l starter then a 4l step. This seems like a lot... Any advice? I assume if so then decant and add 4l to the yeast. Luckily I have a 9.5ltr glass carboy the stir plate still works on

    Stepped Starter Questions...

I can't seem to find great info on the process of stepping a starter, so i have a few questions. Planned beer is a lager with a planned OG of 1.058, using Wyeast Munich Lager 2308. Most yeast calcs say i need 450bil or so cells, and 600bill or so attainable with a stir plate, 2l starter, and a...

Serving seltzer and beer with one regulator?

Ok cool. Ill see if i can wrangle another keg for a tank but it is likely a no. Ill try the method i described otherwise. Honestly im ok if the seltzer goes a little flat, it still wont go below 12 psi. Any suggestions on line length? im hoping to pull it off with just a 5ft 3/16th id hose...

Serving seltzer and beer with one regulator?

About how long will it take for the system head pressure to come to the same? Could I disconnect my beers, force carb the seltzer to 30 psi, then disconnect until the party; then at the party release head pressure from the seltzer, hook it up at 12 psi, and it not go flat or over pressurize the...

Serving seltzer and beer with one regulator?

My homebrewing buddy and I are hosting an Oktoberfest party in a few weeks. We are gonna have hombrewed festbier, hefeweizen, Edworts apfelwein, and possibly a shwarzbeer all on tap (I'm stoked). I have an empty keg I wanted to make seltzer water in for all the non-beer White Claw drinkers at...

    No Boil No chill Experiment

Im also curious, I plan on trying a no boil next week. Most of the no boils in squaremiles thread ( https://www.homebrewtalk.com/showthread.php?t=540077 ) were 3% or sours. Im mostly interested in regular abv at around 5%. I do plan on chilling though.

The correct type of corn product to use as an adjunct....

When using corn as an adjunct, and employing a cereal mash, what is the best kind of corn product to use? I know you can purchase flaked corn at the lhbs, but I am talking about using straight cornmeal. First question is to whether the "enriched" part of the typical cornmeal matters? ie...
