I'm trying to put together a RIMS system but have run into a problem connecting a few of my parts.

Ha, I like how my question implies that I'm lazy! It's more of an issue of space (brewing in a cool brewing bag in a tiny closet in a tiny apartment) than of time/effort. I just let it blow out the air lock and it stopped after 24 hours. Crisis averted, all good now.

I'm not sure if this is the worst craft brew I've ever had, but definitely the one that missed expectations the most: Stone 16th Anniversary. It's just disgusting.
