Hey All,
Ive been a long time lurker but haven't really posted much so I figured it was time to start haha! Ive done about 4 homebrews from kits but I want to start building recipes and have a little more fun with it. So me and my buddy want to brew a summer beer and Id like your critique on...
In the process as brewing our first beer so I decided to go ahead and throw a label together tonight and post it up to see what you guys thought! Still dont know what to put on the left side...
I have two thermostips on my fermenter one in the water and one in the middle. And I only have the water going up the bucket maybe 5-6 inches.

I'm located in Arizona where it quite hot and this is what I am doing and so far it seems like it is working for me! You can also freeze a few water bottles and throw those in the water and replace those daily. We also have a fan blowing on it if we need it even cooler
Nothing too exciting but me and my buddy are 4 days into our first brew. Just a simple Kolsch that we got with the kit! Definitely excited to see how it turns out
