    I have to keg! I have 25 gallons in primary and secondary in the basement and bottling seems daunting! What are the basics I can get away with and I'm not using a kegerator, just looking to do picnic taps inside a fridge. Any suggestions on cheap ways to go? Help appreciated! :mug:

    I followed instructions to the t! I really thought it would be carbonated at least a little by now, 10 days. My question: could the fact that I added a lb of clover honey at flame out make it prime differently?

    What are the adverse side effects? I've only done about 6-8 batches total and they have turned out good by my standards but that's probably not saying much as I'm a novice!

    I usually use a wyeast liquid activator, I'm just wondering if this is too warm. It's just the usual temp in my basement.
