    Anyone use a Love TCS-4010?

    I've never personnaly used it but i saw a thread on herewhere people were using this for dual temeperature controll, it seemed to work out for them.

    A SMaSHing series of brews.

    I've been planing a SMaSH MO/Columbus(or hallertau) IIPA (16 lbs MO/ 16 oz hops) and a SMaSH MO/Columbus(or hallertau) APA (10lbs MO/ 3 oz hops). Not quite what your planning but i think it'll be interesting to compare the 2.

    Anyone brewed: DK Belgian Pale Ale Limited Edition ?

    I brewed this saturday and due to an interupted sparge (friends dog jumped the fence and took off for the hills) og came out 1.044. Checked the gravity tonight and it was 1.008. First time I've used a starter and it seemed to work pretty well with the pacman yeast.

    when i ordered the ag kit they were out of Wyeast Schelde so I'm using Pacman instead. I don't think I'll get the typical Belgian flavors - instead of using another belgian yeast i went with Paman since i've never used it before and wanted to give it a try. I plan on brewing this kit...
