If anyone is willing to take up the reins on this one (I'm in the middle of a house remodel and can't), I can point you in the right direction. A business licence is required ($75ish unless you have one already), but that would be covered by co-op fees over time.
I'm trying to figure out how that cheese press works. Could you take a picture of it in an exploded view? Most specifically the bottom- I don't understand how the whey drains as it's pressed.
