    American Pale Ale Coldwater 420 - Special Pale Ale

    It is all grain, but it wouldn't be hard to make it extract. In fact, the basic recipe that I started with was extract+grains, I just converted it to all grain and brewed it over a few times to get it right.

    You might also consider WLP-810 San Francisco Lager yeast. I've used it without all that great of temp control and gotten very nice results.

    Northern Brewer now has Maris Otter LME.

    The "Innskeeper" from Northern Brewer is my favorite recipe, thats my house beer. I would totally make that beer with Maris Otter Pale.

    Need Hefeweitzen Help

    that kind of beer is actually easy to make, you need about 5.5# dme ( wheat spray extract ), 1/2oz perle@60 minutes, and get Hefewizen type yeast or at least wheat beer yeast and you're set, it takes maybe 10-11 days
