    I have brewed a B wit very close to yours many times with excelent results. I would use regular fresh orange zest instead of bitter.

    I made a conical from the USplastics noted above.The 15 gal version.It works prefect and is nice for 10 gal batches. Hardware from lowes and some bulk head fittings i added a rotating racking port also. Mully

    Yes I have a ferminator conical fermentor. It has a bottom dump for dumping trub. So I will just dump the sediment and dead yeast on the bottom and let it set another week then. This is the same as racking to a secondary right?

    Hey all I have a 10gal batch of belgain wit in the fermentor for 1 wk know and it is doing well. OG was 1.054 and is down to 1.016 and still dropping.:cross: My Q is im going on vac for a week starting saturday. Will it hurt it if it's in the ferm for a total of 3 wks?     First 10gal Extract Q?

    Ok so boil 2liters of water with 1 cup DME,cool to 75°f ,add liquid yeast to sanitized bottle with air lock and let ferment over night. Then do I dump the whole 2L of luquid into my 10gal wart? If Im going to do this can I just use dry yeast with the same results?It's cheaper. Thanks...

    Hi All Im getting back into brewing after 1yr off. Im brewing a Belgain wit Extract and was wondering your thoughts. I only pitched 1 vial of White Labs liquid yeast 550 for the whole 10 gal batch. Fermentation started in about 10hrs but Im wondering if I should of pitched more and why?:mug...
