    I know, sucks you have to sometimes appease the masses, the masses are asses! I'm running on extracts in this tiny rental apartment kitchen. Cannot wait to own a home to go all grain! It's not easy to get light color when you dump in 2 cans of syrup.

    Summer Wheat Ale: Had a slow and steady 2 week primary, cold crashed for a week in secondary carbouy, racked and ready for force carbonation. SG: 1.044 FG: 1.012 Hoping the cold crash cleared this baby up for my murky beer fearing family this weekend! Happy Memorial Day!
