My neck of the woods is the South West Coast of Canada. My local term for liquor store??? It is actually called the Government Liquor board store. One can purchase beer and wine from some local (general) stores...but it is a bit more expensive.

Adding the Priming sugar to a bottling bucket, (after the secondary) then filling the bottles...Works for me.

Plastic Pet bottles...With screw on caps...Works for me.

I used boiled Tap water. Edit: My tap water is Spring water.
