12 five gallon kegs. 6 in the keezer at a time with ~4 ready to go in. The others are nice to have in case I am slacking on my drinking. Double brew days help keep these filled.
If you are a DYI person you can save some money on the johnson controllers by going with a 2 Gang mounted STC-1000. I made two of them for ~$60, so that would save you ~$100. There are a few great threads on those here.

The Harbor Freight step bits are cheap and work well. I have used them on a bunch of pots and keggles with no complaints.

I picked one up last year for $3 and I would say that its not worth the money. The bags do not hold a seal in the freezer and end up with more air than a standard ziplock.
Pick up a heat sealed one on ebay and you will not regret it.
The buckets are great for 25 pounds each, but sometimes the lids just will not come off. I use the homer buckets for long term storage and a 10 gallon dog food container for the 2-row that I am currently using.

For a swapped 20# tank its $10 at my local hydroponics shop. $16 for a 20# at the local welder supply shop.
