things went well tonight. I missed the OG a little. Ended up at 1.066 instead of the target of 1.071. smelled great though and hit the temps etc right on the head all night. It's a pretty full fermenter, hope it doesn't blow over. that would really make swmbo mad. I'll let you know how it...

Splash the cooled wort to get o2. 23 gal fermenter.

Wort chiller in the boils to kill any bacteria, also been sitting in star San . I have a conversion chiller too. But don't know how to use it. This wort chiller is Dyi with 50 ft of copper. Gets the wort to 70 in about 15 mins.

Still a perfect boil. Hope you all are enjoying the pics.
