No offense but you're asking for 2 relatively rare beers in exchange for off the shelf locals (minus the BT, GARF, and BA Old Ruff). I think you need to offer some heavier hitters to land either of those beers. I hope you get this done, best of luck!
The only "local only" beer GI makes is Green Line pale ale, but it's only available on tap.

Chicago. I can get a fairly good variety of beers but never nugget or rajah. I can get great Chicago beers like Three Floyd's, Pipeworks, Half Acre, Two Brothers, Goose Island to name a few.
