    Pumpkin Ale Help...

    I am looking for a recipe for a higher gravity pumpkin ale. Something that I can let age and have the spices mellow yet still have a big hint of them after four to five months in the bottle.     Sweetwater 420 Clone????

    I have just bottled my first beer. It was a spiced Scottish Export. It should be ready about Christmas Day, but I was wondering if anyone knows of a good clone extract recipe for Sweetwater Brewing Companies 420 Pale Ale? Iam not set up for all-grain, so extract is needed.

    Scottish Ale Clarity?

    Well I put it in bottles yesterday. I ended up putting some gelatin in the brew a few days before bottling and it helped the clarity a lot, but it is still cloudy. The Final gravity ended up at 1.016. So it did ferment down just a little bit more.
