Well from what I understand this isn't pure hard lemonade. It has a malted barley base with lemon juice added at some point. I also don't have acces to kegging. I thought about pasteurization, and I have read the thread you are talking about DuffMantt.
Would I just let it sit in bottles...

A friend from work asked me to make a batch of this stuff for her. I'm not sure if this should go under extract or cider...but it's labeled a beer.
Anyway, does anybody know how I should go about making this stuff. I can't find any clone recipes. I'm guessing it will be hard to...
