    I have 36 gallons of 2014 wine ready to be bottled. I wrote down the original gravities on a piece of paper that I kept with the fermenters and threw it away! There is no retrieving it; waste management has already taken out the garbage, and I definitely don't remember the OGs from 6 years ago...

    I believe it was a raspberry puree. It was tough to tell with the overpowering taste of the gasoline vodka they gave me.
