@SD-SLIM - I ended up brewing this recipe this past Saturday. The only thing I couldn't manage to find at my LHB was the light brown sugar so I used dark brown sugar. I am guessing this will not make a difference in taste but will end up making the beer look darker then it normally would have...

I have brewed this with 2 boxes of Honey Maid and mine still has an off taste. The best way I can describe it is that it tastes watered down.

Can you post a picture of the gauges? Does the tank need tested?
