Drinking a few of these after bottle conditioning for 19 days right now. It's easily the best beer I've made. I'm a big ESB fan, and this one reminds me of my favorite one (Pikes Peak Beam Engine Bitter). Very rich malt character, really biscuity with a bit of stone fruit and a pleasant hop...

Cool, keep us posted on how it goes! I just took a gravity reading and taste test of my first AG today, and it tastes amazing. Thought I messed up on a lot of things, kinda like the first extract batch I made. Good luck! What kind of beer are you making?

Stoudt's Double IPA. A pretty big shock to the taste buds at 10% ABV after having had only BMC and the such beforehand.
