    They have been stored at 68*f(20*c) during the entire duration, tried one of the 330ml bottles and it seems to have carbonated, but not anywhere near what im used to with my beer.. should i open them and add more sugar then put new caps on and let them sit another week maybe?

    It went 3 days from fermentation start until the krausen blew up. today is day 5 of fermentation. and I can see the krausen has halved in size. will let sit at approx 17C for 2 more days minimum.

    Fermentation approx. at 12bubbles/min now, no more krausen coming up from through the hose. seems to have settled down a bit. moved it to the door room that keeps 16-18C. Thanks for all help!

    Temp at: 22C Lid is bulgin a little bit, but not to much. There is just alot of krausen, but very small amount of bubbles, aprox. 10/min. Could i sanitize a spoon and just remove some of the krausen to put the pressure down?

    Seems to have worked out fine, I just put it in bottles after 6 days in secondary. will update in 14 days when I'll crack one open.

    I used the sugar syrup from 1 and 1/2 can to make the pure more smooth in consistency, will most likely take some time for the yeast to start again, will update later.

    How many calories are in your beer?

    I have a pilsner that started at 1052 OG, and ended up at 1020 FG. Your calculator tells me my beer has a whopping 1735777 calories? Or does it mean to say 173.5777 This is for 12 ounces.
