    Welcome, I recently moved from SoCal to the San Francisco area. I've been to SF Brewcraft and Toronados, but I'm still trying to get familiar with more spots. I'm a beginner and it's been really cool getting to meet people on here. Welcome again!

    Just finished racking to a secondary. Everything seems to be going well. It's my first time and didn't take any gravity readings, just using the 1-2-3 method. next time around I'll definitely put my hydrometer to use.

    Brand New, Small Batch Brewer

    Welcome! I'm interested in 1 gallon batches myself. I too live in a tiny apartment in the city and don't have the convenience of a good size kitchen. Smaller batches seem like a reasonable solution. Looking forward to reading you posts. One Love & Salud :mug:
