    Joe's Ancient Orange Mead

Yeah I cheated and racked into a secondary that's smaller than my primary so there was minimal head space.

    New Zealand Brewers

3kg - Golden Promise 1kg - Flaked Corn 0.5kg - Minute Rice 20g Cascade @ 60min 2x Mangrove Jacks M07 yeast. I had a stupidly poor efficiency (first brew for a while and converted from F to C incorrectly) so I had to add in a 1.5kg can on Munich malt LME.

My cream ale turned out pretty good! All the green bottle drinkers at my workshop really enjoyed it. Almost kicked the corny in a couple of hours.

Anyone haerd of these new Yeasts from Mangrove Jack's (New Zealand)

Right so I've had both the Bo Pils and Hefe yeasts stall on me now so won't be using them again any time soon. The M07 ale does produce a super delicious cream of 3 crops cream ale though..

Cream Ale Cream of Three Crops (Cream Ale)

Cheers for this recipe, BierMuncher! The boys at the workshop loved this one. (Malts were Munich and golden promise)

Weissbier Bee Cave Brewery Bavarian Hefeweizen

yeah, I BIAB'ed this in the weekend. I think I might need to double crush. I ended up with an OG of 1.038. Had to top it up with DME.

    Festbier World's Best Oktoberfest

No, two packets of saflager 34w70 rehydrated. Mine was out of recipe anyway. I didn't get the efficiency I needed (converted from F to C incorrectly during mash) so had to add in light DME.

The last one hurt my pride a bit. Nothing fancy for me this time. I'll make a beer but it'll have to be to style to the T.
