For 11gal batch I changed the 2 row to 7lb 14oz with a 72% eff to get about 4.6% abv.

To make this a session beer, 4% - 4.5%, should I just reduce the 2 Row?

That 1/2 cup of corn sugar is for a single 5gal keg? I know if it over carbonated I can always bleed some off over a few days but its nice to be sure. If I cold crash the keg after its carbed will the the dry hops that got out of the nylon bag drop out and clear up the beer? The last one I made...

I'm going to be brewing a 20 gallon SNPA clone, at 1.045, and was wondering if I could use 5 packets of US-05. I do have an air pump to make a yeast starter but according to Mr. Malty I would need 5 liters. Thanks for the help.

I made this a few months ago and was great but I miss the malt flavor at the end. What yeast can I use to make it a little bit more malty?

Tonight I'm going to pickup this older model of an counter top Turkey Fryer so I can do all grain 2.5 gal batches. Anything that I should be aware of?

Brewed this about a week ago and I'm going to add the spices in the secondary later today. If I cold crash before I put it in the keg will I lose some of the spice flavor instead of cold crashing before the secondary?

I'm going to be passing though Kentucky in the next few days and I haven't really been able to find a reputable place online to buy used barrels. Anyone know a place to get a one or are the distillery the best places to ask?
