    Ok great thank you. Let me make aure i have the steps correct 1. Mix boiling water, spices, and honey together 2. Cool mixtureband then add yeast 3. Using the one way valve thing, allow fermentation for 5 days. 4. Bottle and carb for 3 days 5. Put in fridge Is this correct? Thanks

    yeah, probably so. i know back in the day, they used to make small drinks which were about 1% alcohol, from the fermintation. A mead soda sounds decent, maybe even use yeast to carb it up haha. but for now, ill use my soda stream. Is it just honey and water to make a base?
