    I have one tap a draft set up and most of a second. It has 20 co2 cartridges, seven 3 litre bottles,two tap units with instructions. It's ready to go. I started using cornies a couple of years ago and shelved this stuff. It worked great before and It really is a great sysyem to begin drinking...

    I am using a bucket and can't see if there is any progress. I'm at 48 hours now. I will swirl and see how that works. Thanks for the encouragement

    I have been brewing for several years and came accross an issue today I have no experience with. I made a dead guy clone and used wyeast european ale yeast (with a starter that took off). I see little or no bubbling from fermenter after nearly 30 hours. I moved it to a slightly warmer location...

    Cherry Stout

    I made a cherry stout a while back. I actually used Northern Brewer kit. Kegged 3 weeks ago. very good. Great mix of flavors. Roasted barley,hops,cherry. Creamy mouthfeel. It got better after 3 weeks kegged, but I almost think natural conditioning in bottles would be better, then cold condition...

    back to basics

    Do many advanced all grain brewers go back and make a few extract/partial mash batches? I have found myself doing this quite often lately. It cuts a few hours off as well as simply makes it easier. Heck, I even bought a couple ingredient kits with the grains crushed and all. :mug:
