Did not notice until cleaning kettle after pitching.
Going to let ferment and see but assuming it's got a bad taste would the yeast be reusable, or would it carry the taste on?
I brought back a kit from the USA More Beer called Mikes Amber. Just tasted after a few weeks and its aggressive on hop flavour, and kind of wish I had missed the dry hop out.
Do you think it will mellow with time?

TSA opened my case as the 9lbs of LME in aluminium bag must have looked odd...
I suspect the copper helps heat transfer by touching the hot kettle bottom heat will flow up it and give a bigger area of contact. Also bringing heat up through the depth of the sort.

First homebrew in 30 years, got started with Coopers Pale Ale then as mixing realised i had picked up brew enhancer 1 not 2 was committed so just used it.
Clearly will be less malty I suspect but is should be OK just different? Its 2 days in SG dropped from to 1.015 already anything at this...
