    I think what he's saying is that if you added water to dilute your wort, you probably didn't stir/mix it well enough.     Black Lager recipe

    Looks like a good recipe. I was thinking about brewing this for my dad since he likes the Sam version a lot. I lack complete temp control, but i can handle the 68F fermentation, but when it comes to aging could it work at room temp or would a fridge (most likely under 52F) be better?

    Cool what part of marietta? And i don't think brewmaster's warehouse has a walk in store. I've also heard they can't legally ship to georgia for some reason.

    I haven't started ordering in bulk, but i can make good beers at about the same price as miller lite. Once i get more equipment (like a scale) I can start buying bulk malt
