I brewed the original recipe and have one of the best beers I have ever drank, homebrew or commercial. Thank you. I am already ordering the grain bill to make sure I dont run our of this one.

We really screwed this up somehow. I don't think the grains were crushed properly giving us a very lover gravity reading. We added some dme and lme and got pretty darn close and then never told anyone about the screw up. When a friend tried the hydro sample after racking it to secondary, he said...

I just brewed this tonight. I over shot my original gravity at 1.068 but loved the hydro sample. I am excited about an all citra. Living in pa, we can't find this buy I am anxious to try the clone. Look forward to getting out there soon. Maybe on a cyclocross tour.

How is the rice used in this? I have read a couple different ways to mash the rice. What method is used in this mash? Are we precooking the rice before the mash?
