    Chilling wort using bottling cane

I've done this with great success. It is not a immersion chiller but a "therminator" style chiller. Get high temp lines, and submerge as much as you can(I do 10ft or so). I'll be racking it into a sanitized container in a ice bath and it brings it down to pitching temp by the end. If need be...

I've done it. apa hit final grav, I through the hops in and later that day decided to cold crash for 48(2day dry hop with citra Amarillo, then transfer to the keg to carb up. Results seemed to be a subtler effect. Smoother and overall more crisp. I felt like I may have blended with the beer...

    Brew Day Buzz Brewing

For me, you need a beer when you brew beer. It's perfectly fine to taste, sample, have a pint etc. I generally start earlish, so ill do coffee breakfast pre mash or during, and by the 30 min addition in ready for a beer. However, DO NOT get sloppy. It's just so frustrating. If you brew by...

Using pellet hops or loose leaf hops for dry hopping in primary?

My preference I'm noticing is whole leaf. They're easier to "contain" and your dont have any powder issues. That said it does take a bit more to get the same effect. I've also yet to dry hop with whole leaf, but I'm sure it's leaps and bounds from pellets( for me at least)

Bubble Nag Champa through a beer?

Yea that's where I'd start. I'm not sure how you'd work with powder on a stick. And you'd have to do some research on possible effects of plumeria and sandalwood(might not want to make something that will make you trip sack or die. Or maybe lol). Assuming all is a go however, id start with...

    Citra hops and off flavors

I use citra all the time, my house ale uses it too, and have never tasted metal :/ I'd check for a rusty, or unclean ball valve, clean your connections etc. metallic usually means you have metal interacting with your wort, rather than Metallics in water etc
