Been brewing on and off for years. I make mostly Begian style ales, pales and white with the odd saison. Raised in England I do make the odd English brew once in a while. i bottle sometimes but have a 3 x Corny key kergerator I made from a freezer. I brew all grain. I also make mead when I have the honey. I hunt and fish and camp as well. I butcher my own meats, cure and smoke my own bacon and make my own sausage and jerky.
