Thanks this is exactly what I wanted to hear. I realise most people here would prefer to brew larger quantities, but I enjoy brewing small quantities as I can then do many different recipes without running out of storage in my house. I can't wait to start building this and trying it out.

I have made wines with frozen Orange Juice that have turned out great. I have read that freezing helps destroy pectin so this might actually be a benificial step to take.
