I use a brewbelt and it works VERY well.

I've had a brewbelt running on a carboy/temp controller for about a month now. No problems.

I'm not an expert by any means, but I believe I remember it being 1/4 of the rated watts for the element. So if you have a 5500w element @240v, you will have 1375w@120v. I'll have to look for the equation though....

Or is there a repository for all of these diagrams I see that are made by PJ? I'm sure I could look at some of his existing setups and work something out. I couldnt find any single source for his diagrams. *ALSO*, do I even need the contactors? That's the main component that is giving me...
