Think that price may be a little steep... Just sold a 10gal cooler tun, 5 gal cooler HLT and a 10gal stainless kettle package for not much more than that, and the tun had hardware rather than PVC... Just a friendly cautionary message. Also, I'm only about 10 mins north of you, so I'd not bet...

I'm going to be bottling mine soon, it was a year old last month. Here's a picture of the latest sample next to my straight lambic. It's still rocking a pellicle, and is impossibly sour--just the way I like it! :D

Na, I would have caught it if I was using it to prime (can't miss that lump-o-malto). I was making Pliny Clone and used ~10oz of maltodextrin instead of the ~10oz of corn sugar in the boil. White powder is white powder to me... lol. I'm still suffering through my double-thick milkshake IPA...

What's worse? Accidentally adding maltodextrin instead of corn sugar to your IPA. :o Guilty as charged...
