    hey thx guys... the fermenter tank looks like this..http://www.beerlab.co.za/collections/fermenters/products/fermenter-tank not sure if the products brands are available in South Africa, but it gives me something to work from!

    Hi all, brewed my first Lager batch :) I'm cleaning up my equipment but becuase my tank only have the airlock hole at the top and the tap in the bottom, its diffucult to get my brush in there and clean some of brown residue off. At the moment I got some water with bleach so it can soak a bit...
