What is to cold for fermentation?

Visual signs do not indicate fermentation. Given that you pitched yeast it should be fermenting fine. 68 is fine. I ferment my blondes cooler around 62-65.

Why does my beer have a malty flavor?

What was the AA content of the hops. An ozof hops at the beginning might of been enough. Also an ounce of finishing hops was probably not enough.

    Should I have pitched less?

Actually you probably pitched less than you should have because it is advised that you use a starter with liquid yeast. But everything should be fine since you have s vigorous fermentation.

Sweet Stout is stuck at 1.032

It fermented lower. Probably around 1.016 area like a normal beer but the 1lb of lactose that is unfermentable is keeping the gravity high.

    Good flavorful lawnmower type

American Wheats, Kölsch, Cream Ale are good lawnmower beers and can be found on Northern Brewer. Biermunchers Centennial Blonde is a really good beer and can be found on the forum.

Have you made a high gravity beer without O2 tanks? How high?

I'm getting my ingredients today for a Imperial Porter. OG: 1.132 14.7% ABV My biggest beer yet! Going to be named "Queen Bee" because of the 4lbs of honey. I though it was a fitting name :D Goodluck.
