I like Shiner's Bock, Spring dortmunder, and I'm so-so on their hefewizen. I really like Celebrator's double bock. I liked Rasputin's flavor, but the alcohol content was too high for me to enjoy. I'm a lightweight when it comes to alcohol. (And I like it that way. It makes getting smashed a lot cheaper :cross: )

I moved to Texas in 2009, and I love it here! I'm looking forward to homesteading in the near future, and graduating from my local community college with a chemistry degree.

Now...where to go to be a brewmaster...
