70 min boil is correct. You want to have your total boil volume around 6 gallons or so. You will boil off some water during the boil and lose some to the sludge in the bottom after the boil. 6 gallons should yield about 5 gallons when you are done...

Chugging right along :)
I brought the wort down to 58, pitched the yeast, and 12 hours later I still have no activity. Cause for concern? My SG looked great! I oxygenated the wort, the yeast pack had lots of activity.
I thought about this as well...unfortunately the recommended temp sensors aren't rated high enough.
This might be a good way to go:

I built a fermentation fridge with a brew pi and am going to try my first Kolsch this weekend (morebeer.com kit with Wyeast (Kolsch) - 2565) I have never had a fermentation fridge before and never done a Kolsch...so I am looking for some tips on the fermentation schedule. Any help is much...
This is my first time using something like brewpi. My fermentation control has been limited to...the basement seems about the right temp. So, I was wondering if anyone would like to share any brewpi profiles they may have?
I am starting to see the way this works now. It is REALLY cool. Can't wait to start using it! Thanks for all the help!
Sorry about the question on sharing profiles, when I was looking at a couple of the systems there was talk about a that, I thought it was a pretty cool idea.
Perfect! Thank you!
Couple more questions if I may:
1) Where can you find brewing profiles?
2) Is it possible to run raspberry pints and brewpi on the same raspberry pi?
I believe I did that...unless I am missing something.
I followed the clone directions here: http://docs.brewpi.com/automated-brewpi-install/automated-brewpi-install.html
Which I would think has the latest version of brewpi. I also tried to update the Arduino Uno hex file which is how I...
